The PureWeb server doesn't pick up service changes

Issue/Question

I made changes to my service and deployed the updated executable to the PureWeb server, but my changes don't show.

Solution

Was the service application already running when you deployed the updated executable? This is the most common reason for this issue, and it is easy to overlook. If the executable file is already in use, it will not be overwritten.

Otherwise, you can also try to reload the plugins, sometimes that fixes the problem. To perform a reload, navigate to the server's Configuration page and click the Reload Plugins button.
